    This isn’t therapy that drags on for months with no direction.
    It’s a clear path forward, built to help you reconnect with yourself and the people you care about.

    Week 1–2: Grounding & Orientation
    • Nervous system tracking

    • Identifying emotional triggers

    • Mapping your relational patterns

    • Clarifying therapy goals together

    Week 3–4: The Story Beneath the Story
    • Introduction to the Meaning Integration Core (MIC)

    • Exploring core emotional states (Panic, Pain, Powerlessness)

    • Identifying how your past influences your current responses

    • Naming invisible barriers and blocks

    Week 5–6: Tools That Shift the Pattern
    • Practicing Intentional Statements

    • Using the Emotional Balance Scales

    • Introducing The Externalized Seat for emotional boundaries and clarity

    • Building safer communication and emotional regulation

    Week 7–8: Integration & Planning Forward
    • Putting it all together in real time

    • Naming what’s changing and what still needs support

    • Deciding together on next steps (ongoing therapy, tapering, or closure)

    • Creating a personal ReCT roadmap for life after week 8

    2. Build emotional safety and connection—with yourself and others

    3. Practice tools that actually work—so you leave therapy feeling capable, not confused

    You’re not locked in—and you’re not dropped either.

    Some people continue weekly. Others move to biweekly or monthly check-ins. Some feel confident to take space and return as needed. ReCT is designed to give you both direction and flexibility, depending on what’s best for your growth.
