UnitedHealthcare, UHSS, UHC Global, UHC Exchange (ONEX), Oscar, Oxford, UHC Student Resources, UMR, All Savers, Health Plans Inc, and Surest (Bind).
Optum also manages some employer-based contracts.
Not Accepted: Select Health, Health Plans of Nevada, Cenpatico, Sierra Health, Arizona Complete Health, Optum Medicare/Medicaid.
Aetna
Includes:
Aetna Signature Administrators — Meritain, Nippon, Allied Benefit Systems, Trustmark, Health Scope, Christian Brothers.
GEHA–Aetna accepted only if mental health is managed by UHSS.
Not Accepted: Aetna CVS, Boon Chapman, AmeriBen, First Health, Piedmont, Health Smart, Emi Health, WebTPA, Aetna Medicare/Medicaid.
Cigna
Includes:

Anthem BCBS / Carelon
Credentialing through Carelon includes Anthem BCBS in licensed states.
Accepted Plans: Carelon Behavioral Health, Providence Health Plan, and Anthem BCBS in CO, CT, KY, ME, MO, NV, NH, OH, VA, WI.
Not Accepted: Emblem, NYSHIP, Wellsense, Unicare/Wellpoint, Humana.

- Additional telehealth sessions are available by appointment only.
* Concierge therapy is performed via phone or text (first 30 min. included in standard billing rates) and billed in 15-minute intervals. Home/office visits are available at two-hour intervals.
Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a late cancellation fee or no show fee.
No Surprise Act and your right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate”
Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
